This consent is accepted by every model (or the guardian of a minor model) when a portfolio is submitted to ZJELL Models. It covers only the display of your portfolio on this website. It does not license any client, brand or third party to use your images; that is agreed separately for each booking, directly between you and the client.
What you consent to
- ZJELL Limited may display the photos, videos, comp card and profile information you upload on zjellmodels.com, at the visibility you select (Public or Private), and in ZJELL’s own promotion of the website (for example a “new models” post) — unless you have selected Private, in which case no promotional use is made.
- ZJELL may resize, crop, compress and cache your images for display, and may add the ZJELL Models badge or watermark to preview sizes.
- ZJELL may forward your portfolio, without contact details, to a vetted client who has sent a booking request.
- ZJELL may verify your identity by live video call. Documents shown are not recorded or stored.
What you keep
- All copyright and personality rights in your images and likeness
- The right to change Public/Private at any time, to remove any image, and to close your portfolio — after which display stops immediately and files are deleted within 90 days
- The right to agree, or refuse, every individual booking and its usage terms
What you confirm
- You are 18 or over, or you are the parent or legal guardian of the model and consent on their behalf
- You own or are authorised to use every image you upload, and no photographer or agency contract prevents its display here
- The information in your portfolio is accurate
- You understand that a private portfolio is hidden from the public but that a media file already linked directly may remain reachable by that link
Fees
No fee or commission is charged for this consent or for the display of your portfolio during the launch phase. If ZJELL introduces paid options in future, you will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without your separate agreement.
Withdrawal
Email cs@zjell.com or use Manage Portfolio. Withdrawal does not affect a booking you have already agreed directly with a client.
